REFUND POLICY

At GeoPawz, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items that are damaged, tampered with, or show signs of use will not qualify for a refund

Return Process:

  • You will receive a return confirmation and instructions within 2 business days
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
